Must Have Perennials® to Debut New Varieties at Four Oaks Trade Show

Must Have Perennials® is pleased to announce its participation in the 2025 Four Oaks Trade Show, where the company will showcase two exciting plant introductions: Aconitum carmichaelii ‘Pershore Abbey’ and the Rockies Helleborus series.
‘Pershore Abbey’, a striking variety of Aconitum (Monkshood or Wolfsbane), offers lush green foliage topped with vibrant purple flowers from summer into autumn. With a mounded habit and an upright height of about 80 to 90 cm, it thrives in full sun and is hardy across USDA Zones 3 to 8. This perennial is ideal for well-drained meadows or cottage gardens and brings long-lasting seasonal color with excellent cold tolerance.
The new Rockies Helleborus series includes four named selections—Mount Nebo, Pike’s Peak, Grand Teton, and Snowshoe Mountain—each offering unique foliage and floral characteristics. These compact, mounded plants are designed for part to full shade and are hardy in Zones 6 to 9. With richly colored leaves, speckled patterns, and long-lasting blooms that emerge in late winter to early spring, the series extends visual interest well into summer. Highlights include the rose-tinged foliage and chartreuse flowers of Snowshoe Mountain, the deep burgundy blooms of Grand Teton, and the silvery overlays seen in Pike’s Peak.
