THE LOCATION
We are conveniently situated 5 miles from Junction 18 of the M6 motorway, close to the Jodrell Bank Radio Telescope, only 10 miles from Manchester International Airport and 4 miles from Holmes Chapel Railway Station on the Crewe to Manchester line.
EXHIBITION OPEN HOURS 2007
The exhibition will be open to visitors from 9.00am to 5.00pm on TUESDAY September 2nd and from 9.00am to 4.30pm on WEDNESDAY September 3rd.
VISITOR PROFILE
The visitor profile includes commercial growers, garden centres and retailers, farm shops, local authorities, landscapers, garden designers and florists – from the UK and overseas.
SETTING-UP
This will take place between Friday August 29th and Monday September 1st with 24 hour security. Exhibitors are advised to set up over the weekend wherever possible. No prior arrangement is necessary. Construction can start anytime from August 26th .
The site will remain open to exhibitors throughout the night of Monday September 1st . All houses will be fully lit and access will be controlled by Impact Security via the main nursery entrance.
Security will be 24 hours throughout.
Goods may be delivered at any time during the week preceding the show, and will be placed in secure storage for delivery to your exhibition stand at the appropriate time.
THE SITES
All sites are in glasshouses, which have concrete floors throughout.
A limited number of outside plots are available as marked (OP) on the site plan and are positioned to give the maximum exposure.
The site is laid out in units of the following sizes:-
4.6 x 1.9m (15’ x 6’) - centre island sites
3.4 x 2.5m (11’ x 8’) - side wall sites
2.5 x 2.5m (8’ x 8’) - side walls E and F only
3.7 x 1.9m (12’ x 6’) - House E
3.0 x 1.9m (10’ x 6’) - Houses A + E
Sites of other sizes are available by negotiation where the structures permit.
Half sites and 10ft x 6ft sites other than those indicated on the floorplan, can be created on any island position, but the location of these must be at the Organiser’s discretion.
ALL SITES ARE SOLD AS SPACE ONLY – shell schemes and display fittings are not provided by the Organisers.
STAND CONTRACTOR
A local company, Hirequirements Ltd, offers a low cost package if required. Velcro compatible panels cost as little as £6.00 per running foot. Carpet, and a full range of furniture and accessories can also be supplied – details will be included in the Exhibitor Manual.

A deposit of £150 +VAT per numbered site is payable thereafter, and is non-refundable.
The balance is due no later than June 9th 2008. The total cost of the stand will be charged in the event of a cancellation on or after June 9th 2008.
ELECTRICITY SUPPLY
The installation cost is £65 + VAT for one twin 13amp socket. The supply is unmetered.
Additional twin sockets can be provided at a cost of £35 + VAT each.
Three phase power can be installed on request. A quotation form will be included in your exhibitor manual.
