Exhibiting Packages
Exhibiting is cost-effective, with no hidden extras. Prior to the show, you will receive a comprehensive marketing pack, with full support and many free opportunities to promote your business online, on social media and at the event itself.
Forklift services and storage are provided free of charge without the need to book. On show days, beverages and packed lunches are complimentary and delivered to your stands by a team of locally recruited staff helpers, enabling you to concentrate on selling. The first day will close with an exhibitors’ Supper and awards presentations, compliments of HortWeek, our media partner. These elements are all part of a service that makes the Four Oaks Trade Show unique.
Information & Rates
All indoor sites are located within glasshouses with concrete flooring throughout.
Outdoor plots are available where marked OP on the site plan and are positioned to offer maximum visibility and exposure.
For 2026, we are also introducing a new exhibitor section in House E, featuring a selection of new additions to the show.
Visitor registration will also be located in House E, creating a strong flow of traffic through this area.
The show is laid out in stand units of the following sizes:
4.6m x 1.9m / 15’ x 6’ – centre island sites
3.4m x 2.5m / 11’ x 8’ – side wall sites
2.5m x 2.5m / 8’ x 8’ – side wall sites in the House E extension only
3.7m x 1.9m / 12’ x 6’ – House E extension
3.0m x 1.9m / 10’ x 6’ – House A
Sites of other sizes may be available by negotiation, subject to the structure and layout of the glasshouses.
Half sites and 3m x 1.9m sites, other than those shown on the floorplan, may be created on island positions. The final location of these sites will be at the Organiser’s discretion.
All sites are sold as space only. Shell schemes and display fittings are not provided by the Organisers.

Bookings made after 30th June will be invoiced at the full amount, payable in 30 days or by 25th August, whichever is the sooner.
The total cost of the stand will be charged in the event of cancellation after June 30th 2026.
ELECTRICITY SUPPLY
The installation cost is £100 + VAT for one double 13amp socket. The supply is unmetered.
Additional sockets can be provided at a cost of £50 + VAT each.
Three-phase power can be installed on request at a cost of £170 + VAT. More detailed information can be found in the exhibitor manual.
STAND CONTRACTOR
A local supplier, Hirequirements Ltd, offers a cost-effective stand package for exhibitors who require additional support.
They can provide Velcro-compatible panels, carpet, furniture and a range of stand accessories to help you create a professional and practical displays.
